Audio Issues

Audio issues like low audio volume, changing mic gain may be because certain permissions were not given on the browser, or your headset is not properly plugged in or recognized on your machine.

There are several configuration steps that we recommend following on your browser to troubleshoot mic issues

• Make sure your headset is properly configured on your Mac or PC
• Check your microphone is properly connected, if the mic is not detected , check for system drivers
• Check for a clear dial tone on all jacks. If the dial tone on one or more of the jacks is faint, unclear or intermittent, you probably have an inside wiring problem.
