Manage Teams
Overview:
Teams within your Space are groups of individuals in your organisation who handle your company's inbound and outbound calls and chats. Each team has its own set of members, as well as chat and call settings.
Creating Teams:
The "Teams" section in Space allows you to easily structure your organisation and manage members in one centralised location. You can create up to 30 different teams within your Space account at any given time.
Creating a team within Space is a simple process:
Step 1: Navigate to the Teams settings in the "Users + Teams" section and click on "Teams."
Step 2: Click on "Add Team" and start by entering a name for your team in the Name field. Then, select the members for your new team and click the "Add" button to complete the process.
