DNC

DNC is a powerful feature in Samespace that allows you to manage a list of phone numbers that you do not want to be contacted. You can add numbers to this list in your team settings to ensure that your team members do not accidentally call them during their work.

To access DNC in your team settings, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to your Samespace account.

Step 2: Navigate to your team settings.

Step 3: Go to the "DNC" section.

In this section, you can see the list of phone numbers that have been added to the DNC list. You can also add new numbers to this list by uploading a .csv file

When you add a phone number to the DNC list, it will be blocked for all team members. If any team member tries to call a phone number on the DNC list, they will receive an alert notifying them that the number cannot be called.

You can also remove phone numbers from the DNC list at any time by clicking the "Delete" button next to the number.

If you need to add multiple phone numbers to the DNC list at once, you can upload a CSV file containing the phone numbers. Samespace will automatically add these numbers to the DNC list.
